Refund and Cancellation Policy — Brandquatch

This policy is part of Brandquatch's Terms and Conditions, operated by Werner Fett Studio SpA (Chilean Tax ID / RUT 78.235.434-5, "WFS").

Subscriptions

You can cancel subscriptions (Essential, Pro, Full) at any time from Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you already paid for — you'll keep access until that date, and no partial refunds are issued for the current period. No new charges are made after the cancellation date.

One-time payments

One-time payments (Guardian Audit, PRO Audit, Quatch Origen) are non-refundable once the result has been delivered (the generated audit report, the exported document, or the curated session performed).

If the payment was processed but the result was not delivered due to a cause attributable to WFS, you may request a full refund within 10 days of the purchase.

Your rights

This does not limit any right of withdrawal or warranty that irrevocably belongs to you under Law No. 19.496 on Consumer Rights Protection.

How to request a refund

Write to wfett@icloud.com describing your case. Since Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions, you can also manage your refund or cancellation directly with Paddle from your purchase confirmation email.
